Wednesday, March 21, 26 @ 7:30 p.m. - Light is On for You - Confessions

Confessions begin at 7:30 p.m. until 9 p.m., Wednesday March 21st and Wednesday Mrach 26th.

Regular confessions schedule: Monday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. - 12 noon and Saturdays from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Chrism Mass - Tuesday, March 27 @ 5pm

Dozens of priests, deacons and seminarians in the Diocese of Dallas will join Bishop Edward Burns on Tuesday, March 27 at 5 p.m. for the annual chrism Mass at the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

The Mass serves as a time for priests to renew their vocations and for Bishop Burns to consecrate the sacred oils that will be used in parishes throughout the next year.

Note: The 7 p.m. Mass in Spanish on Tuesday, March 27, will not be celebrated

April 6 - The Chaplet of Divine Mercy

The Chaplet of the Divine every hour from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Cathedral Chapel.

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in Spanish
11:00 - 12:00 p.m. in English
12:00 p.m. - Mass in English
1 pm - 6 pm in Spanish

A prayer of petition is made by the Pope, the priests of the Cathedral community, the sick, the dying, the sinners, the souls of the purgatory, the needs of the whole world. Then the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is prayed.

The Cathedral Organization: "Cenáculo de la Divina Misericordia" invites you to their monthly Eucharistic Adorations.

Jesus stayed in the Blessed Sacrament so that all who seek Him may find Him. To listen carefully to us whenever we want to talk to him.

Texas A&M-Commerce University Chorale Concert - Sunday, April 22nd @ 7 p.m.

University Chorale Concert at Cathedral Guadalupe Sunday, April 22nd at 7 p.m.

The University Chorale is the premier choral ensemble selected by audition from undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Music and the campus at large. The Chorale sings a wide range of substantive literature from all musical periods.

In addition to a full schedule of on campus performances, the Chorale has appeared in convention concerts, workshops presentations and choral festivals as well as tours within the United States and Europe.

Under Dr. Hooper’s direction, the Chorale has performed in concert in Carnegie Hall, as the guest American choir at the International Music Festival of Campina Grande, Brazil, toured France performing in Le Madeline Church, St. Sulpice Church and a special concert at the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach in Normandy and toured Austria with performances in the Mozarteum in Salzburg, at the University of Vienna Festsaal in Vienna and the St. Andrae Parish Church, Mirabellplatz in Salzburg.

In addition, in 2016, the University Men’s Chorus was invited to perform for the Southwestern Division of the American Choral Directors Association.
