Although the Quinceañera mass is not a sacrament, it is usually celebrated with a Catholic mass.
During the Quinceañera mass the young woman receives Holy Communion, makes an act of consecration to the Virgin Mary, gives her a bouquet of flowers as an offering, and receives gifts that are blessed by the priest.
